add subcity radio to default list

Subcity Radio is the student radio station at the University of Glasgow. It plays a very eclectic range of music. It's good, and it has an ogg stream.

hmm. I've tried listening to this a few times and I can't hear anything at all. Does the stream work for you?
Comment 3 Jamie Nicol 2012-02-09 11:09:53 UTC
normally I can but not right now. Programming probably just hasn't started yet it's still before noon here.
