mockup for the first run dialog

The dialog UI needs a few changes:

 * The list needs to have a maximum height. I used 220px in the mockups.

 * The 'Welcome to Contacts' header needs changing. A better string would be 'Welcome to Contacts! Please select where you want to keep your address book:'. This should be all in a normal text style (ie. not a header style).

 * Needs more padding between the top of the 'Welcome to Contacts' text and the bottom of the toolbar above.

A mockup is attached for reference.
