Now that pan has support for building with gtk3, it should also support building with gtk3-spell

Reopening this bug as it looks like configure looks for the wrong pkgconfigure name.

Configure looks for gtkspell3-2.0 , when it should look for gtkspell-3.0

Or is this an openSUSE particularity?
