If /etc/system-release is a symlink to /etc/fedora-release then I only get the GFileMonitor::changed signal if I monitor /etc/fedora-release, not /etc/system-release.

It would be useful to have a G_FILE_MONITOR_FOLLOW_SYMLINKS that does the expected thing.
