The attached image shows the import of the file

from bug #668936 into Excel 2010 (bottom) and Gnumeric current git (tpo).

There are some clear differences, specifically as far as individually formatted characters are concerned.

We don't support the color setting for each charracter, only at the cell level.

fixed. We should now be at the same level as the rich text formatting import for comment text.
