Unable to open gnucash datafile (there is no difference if i try to open the newest saved file or an older version (i saved automatically every 5 minutes).

Hi, here are two log files. On the 29th it worked properly (one log) and on 30th I could start GnuCash (other log).

You seem to have hit the known problem regarding the Opening Balance tab of the account hierarchy druid or when setting the opening balance when creating a new account [1]. The link explains what happened and how you can fix it manually. If you didn't enter much data yet, it is probably easier to start from scratch and avoid setting the opening date via the Account Hierarchy Druid or the New/Edit Account dialog.

Reassign version to 2.4.x so that individual 2.4 versions can be retired.
