gtk3-3.2.3-1.fc16.i686

0. Screen resolution: 1440x900px
1. System Settings > System > Date and Time
2. Set "Region" to "Asia"
3. Press Tab once (to get the "City" dropdown focused)
4. Press Spacebar
7. Press PageDown a few times

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
Being able to navigate to the bottom of the list

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
List stuck at the beginning, showing only those list items that fit in for the height of your screen resolution

OTHER COMMENTS:
Using arrow keys works but is cumbersome if the list is long
