Description Christian Giordano 2012-01-27 10:52:03 UTC
From this screen: http://blog.didrocks.fr/public/ubuntu/gnome_control_center_unity1.png looks like the background of the monitor image is not properly transparent.

It currently uses: /usr/share/gnome-control-center/ui/background/display-base.png
and this as overlay: /usr/share/gnome-control-center/ui/background/display-overlay.png

As a matter of fact the assets seem transparent. What is causing the issue?

hold on, checking if it's an ubuntu specific issue...
Comment 2 Bastien Nocera 2012-01-27 11:19:18 UTC
It's a theme issue, and doesn't happen with the Adwaita theme. Looks Ubuntu specific indeed. Maybe that fixed it:
