You could at least be bothered to copy/paste the bug report here. And it's not a bug in Totem. For some reason, your system is trying to use VA-API output and fails.

gstreamer-vaapi is not (yet) maintained in GStreamer/gnome repositories, but externally. Not much we can do about it crashing. Therefore resolving NOTGNOME.
