The time log message in my chat window is 24 hours off. It is also using the wrong time format (should be 12 hour format).

Is that a message you just send/received or an old message from the logger when you opened the window?

If that's the former, we get its time from Telepathy. Could you please attach a D-Bus log when sending/receiving this message?

start "dbus-monitor", sent a message, be sure it has the wrong time and attach the output.

Interesting that I can't reproduce it now. Perhaps this is because it isn't yet tomorrow in UTC time. I'll try to check back this evening.
