I guess we want to target tracker 0.14 for GNOME 3.4. AFAIK, there's no API change, but the pkg-config files are versioned 0.14 instead of 0.12 now...

Looks good, even though I would like to support a single tracker version (0.14 also has some interesting ontology changes that would allow some simplifications in the code).
Until we know for sure that 0.14 is going to be out for 3.4, we can't really just depend on it though, so let's push this patch.
