I guess we want to target tracker 0.14 for GNOME 3.4. AFAIK, there's no API change, but the pkg-config files are versioned 0.14 instead of 0.12 now...

We should probably remove this 0.12/0.14 dual support once we know that 0.14 is the version targeting 3.4 though.
