If you create two tasks with the same name, it is not possible to select the later of the two as predecessor: Although both tasks show in the dropdown, always the first in the list is taken.

I think the matching is done based on the title of a task. If this is true, planer should prevent two tasks with the same name. It would perhaps be better to address tasks by their internal id.
