Do it

simply interface to collect data, and then export to chronojump client

connect by usb host

try to put nice functionallity for encoder

Talk with Juan in order to know if there are other projects communicating with USB-serial and using Mono i those platforms.

Remember now encoder code is python

Finally problem solved for windows tablet and raspberry (linux) and RDP
