Description jonathan.protzenko 2012-01-04 09:53:13 UTC
For my favourite printer, the old gtk2 dialog (used by Firefox) had an Advanced tab, with a Finishing section, a Stapling option, and you could select "off" or "top right (portrait)..." as its value. Now the new gtk3 dialog (Evince et. al.) doesn't have that option anymore.

Finishing section exists in 3.2 for me.

Which exact GTK version is this about?
Comment 2 jonathan.protzenko 2012-01-04 14:46:42 UTC
The finishing tab also exists for me in gtk3, but there's nothing in it. My problem is: there's no way to request stapling anymore. The Gtk2 print dialog had a stapling option; it's nowhere to be found in the Gtk3 print dialog.

How can I tell which gtk version I'm running?

This was fixed today, see bug 663479.
