Description:
The powershell launcher is configured as follows:
Name: PowerShell
Comment: multiple shells in one window
Command: powershell
Type: Application
Advanced: All empty

When launched from the panel powershell crashes with a segmentation
fault, when launched form menu->run.. it works correctly

This is a bug with powershell, not the GNOME panel.  Please report
this bug to powershell's maintainers.
