AC-3 in RealAudio container

ac3parse doesn't like the bsid 10 in the AC-3 stream of the attached file (Track13.ra). Don't know where that file comes from, or if there's a bug for it already (didn't find it).

One of my patches hasn't been committed. I just checked the patch, and it makes it work (that's the same file, I think - named the same anyway).

I think your comments in that bug were addressed by the second patch ? If so I can push that patch (https://bugzilla.gnome.org/attachment.cgi?id=196085) now.

Yeah, I think it's the same file, and my comments have been addressed by the second patch, so please push the other one as well.
