Description Nick Richards 2011-12-19 14:26:40 UTC
Preferences -> Notifications has the string "Enable notifications when a contact comes online"

in Preferences -> Sounds we Play sound for events "Contact goes online".

Let's be consistent, contacts come online and go offline.
