The layout of the contact list needs updating to match the latest designs. I've attached some guidance on the new layout. The required changes include:

 * Larger contact pictures
 * Smaller text for the contact name
 * Larger text for the contact status
 * Slightly more horizontal space between the contact picture and the text
 * Separators between each row
