Please see https://live.gnome.org/Empathy/Debugging for how to provide more information. Also, which account types does this refer to? > Package: empathy 3.1.5-1ubuntu1 That is an unstable version. No idea why Ubuntu ships that.
which log you demand from the help ==> debugg menu.wait i attach a video.there is no use of that.see the video i cant do any thing or join any channel like ubuntu-bugs.telepathy or other just nick server is connected. see the video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6zn0I1Kgx7s&feature=youtu.be
In general: Answering questions is welcome, e.g. from comment 1: > which account types does this refer to? Obviously IRC according to your video. Now I watched that video and I have no idea where it shows a bug. > I can not send massage in chat. Indicator send me notification to identify > nick, but I cannot send message /msg .... Of course you can send messages. If your messages were NOT send you would NOT get the answer from the server either that you send invalid commands to the NickServ bot of that IRC channel. > I can write a text at botton of > Empathy window.and not be able to add into any channel. In the video you have not tried to join a valid channel name as channel names start with a # character. Closing as INVALID for the time being.
