'Older news...' capitalisation and ...

Button labels should use header capitalisation, so the string should read 'Older News'. The ... feels a bit out of place. We use it on the desktop to indicate that further input is required before completing an action. That isn't the case here. It just trails off. I'd suggest removing the ... therefore. Alternatively, we could rename the button entirely. 'Older News' isn't particularly attractive. I mean, who wants to read old news? Suggestions for alternative labels: * More News * Read More News * News Archives * Other News

Only thing I'd suggest is that you change the commit message slightly - it would be better if the bugzilla link is on its own line.
