Description:
I have several users on my machine.  I've looked at /tmp I've reased the .dirs for the related files and both galeon and mozilla only work for one particular user.  I can not determine if there is a file that has the wrong/incorrect permissions.

remove all galeon and mozilla
reinstall mozilla, run once as root
gconftool-1 --shutdown
install galeon
