it would seem that README.Mediathek is not included in the tarball.

As Mediathek configuration is not self-evident, please include http://git.gnome.org/browse/rygel/tree/doc/README.Mediathek in the tarball

$ tar tvJf rygel-0.12.5.tar.xz | grep -i mediathek | grep -i readme
$ tar tvJf rygel-0.13.0.tar.xz | grep -i mediathek | grep -i readme
