Clipboard-Functions Ctrl-C, Cntrl-V, Ctrl-X are not working ( short-cuts and menu-functions).
Nothing is copied to clipboard, no error message.

I was just poking around in Bugzilla since this bug has been reported several times.  I think this is another duplicate of bug 667900 or vice versa.
