Description Bert Haverkamp 2011-12-06 20:20:53 UTC
While editting addresses in evolution I can reproduce the following crash.
This happens when I change a full name field to "Fam. Janssen" The "file under" field then also changes to "Janssen". Important to note that there is already an address with this "full name" and "file under".

(evolution:27810): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: cannot register existing type `EABContactDisplay'

e-utils-ERROR **: eab-contact-commit-duplicate-detected.ui: Invalid type function on line 61: 'eab_contact_display_get_type'

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug.
Without a stack trace from the crash it's very hard to determine what caused it.
Can you get us a stack trace? Please see http://live.gnome.org/GettingTraces for more information on how to do so. Thanks in advance!

That looks already quite good, thanks! To make it perfect, culd you also install debug packages for evolution-data-server and glib2, create another trace, and attach it here? Thanks in advance!
