Include stdlib.h

While building gedit-plugin 3.3.1 (also seen on git master), the compiler spits a warning about implicit declaration of atoi().

The cause is stdlib.h not being included in the source file.

This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
