that the last commit took place more than 3 1/2 years ago. 
The package isn't installed on my Fedora16 either.

Hence proposing to move this module to the git archives if the maintainer (CC'ed) agrees.

Actually, I just saw that I have "retire gnome-xcf-thumbnailer" on my TODO list, because that code contains some potentially harmful bugs (the code it came from had those).

Feel free to move to archives.
