test application in python which uses GtkFrame

The frame line in GtkFrame is not visible no matter what the shadow type is. We can see the missing frame line either

 1. By previewing the frame widget in Glade (OR)
 2. By running the attached python file

The Glade version that I used for testing is 3.10.2 and the Gtk version is 3.0.12-2. The distribution is Debian Wheezy.

Sorry for opening this issue as a new bug. On further digging I found that it has been already mentioned in bug #659926 and also in bug #660797 as a Adwaita theme related one.

I do use the Adwaita theme.
