Port to Flickrnet 3.0

It's a simple patch that follows API changes to build F-Spot with the latest FlickrNet release (currently 3.2.4310).

Thanks for the patch. Someone just filed a couple bugs against flickr so this might be worth looking at before addressing those bugs.
Comment 2 Stephen Shaw 2012-10-08 06:02:37 UTC
Ok, I just packaged FlickrNet 3.5 for openSUSE and will try and use your patch as well as move it to 3.5.
Comment 3 Felix Yan 2014-04-10 08:40:39 UTC
With flickrnet 3.10 there's a problem:

After I click "Authorize" on the "Export" to flickr window, I always got an error:

Unable to log on
Error getting response stream (Write: The authentication or decryption has failed.): SendFailure

No useful message in stdout/stderr though.

Downgrading to flickrnet 3.7 could fix this.

I'm not sure if I should report this problem here or as a new bug report. Since the patch is not merged yet, I think it's something that needs to be addressed in the patch.

Please let me know if any more information could be provided.

Yeah, if yo could report this as a new bug that would be great. Please make sure you add me to the bug though. For some reason I don't get notified.

f-spot is not under active development anymore, has not seen code changes for five years, and saw its last tarball release in the year 2010.
Its codebase has been archived: https://gitlab.gnome.org/Archive/f-spot/commits/master

Closing this report as WONTFIX as part of Bugzilla Housekeeping to reflect reality. Please feel free to reopen this ticket (or rather transfer the project to GNOME Gitlab, as GNOME Bugzilla is deprecated) if anyone takes the responsibility for active development again.
Comment 6 Stephen Shaw 2018-12-04 07:16:27 UTC
This is fixed upstream on github.com/f-spot/f-spot
