In i.10.17 and before, if we entered =sum(A10:A23,C3:C7) in A1 the region A10:A23 and C3:C7 would be highlighted by coloured frames on Gnumeric sheet. In current git this is not happening anymore.

This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
