Description Michael Monreal 2011-11-21 21:10:55 UTC
The shell shows my encrypted home partition as removable media in the message tray. I tried to unmount from there, it thankfully didn't work. Still, the shell should not present this to the user in the first place.

Is it shown in Nautilus too?

Thanks for the bug report. This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but please feel free to report any further bugs you find.

This is a combination of two bugs. One, gvfs used to misidentify encrypted volumes as removable drives. This has been fixed. Two, we shouldn't list non-removable partitions as removable devices. This is a hard bug to fix. See #660595 for more information.
