GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 664361
CRITICAL: Error parsing schema org.gnome.shell
Last modified: 2011-11-20 23:12:18 UTC
gnome-tweak-tool-3.2.1 as provided by "3.2.1-1.fc16" in Fedora 16 updates-testing I get this in the shell when calling gnome-tweak-tool: CRITICAL: Error parsing schema org.gnome.shell (/usr/share/glib-2.0/schemas/org.gnome.shell.gschema.xml) Traceback (most recent call last):
+ Trace 229077
summary = key.getElementsByTagName("summary")[0].childNodes[0].data
(gnome-tweak-tool:15057): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_widget_get_preferred_height_for_width: assertion `width >= 0' failed (gnome-tweak-tool:15057): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_widget_get_preferred_height_for_width: assertion `width >= 0' failed [Those last lines show up identically 15 times.] These may be two problems, I don't know. This may be a duplicate of bug #663695, but that bug only has a solution statement, and no (or only a vague) problem statement, making it difficult to correlate to anything.
It was a duplicate - I made a release of gnome-tweak-tool (3.2.2) which includes the fix. Please encourage Fedora to pick it up. Thanks. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 663695 ***
Thanks! Reported to Fedora: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=755369 The bug tracker has already noticed 3.2.2: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=755182 An update may already be in the pipe.
