jhbuild recently started to reconfigure all modules prior to building them, regardless of their previous installed state.
This is pretty annoying as it slows down rebuilding (in particular, most packages require a full rebuild after reconfiguring) and reverts manual changes to the configuration.
Happens both with jhbuild build and with jhbuild buildone.
