Hello With the current configuration(windows size, widget size) of gnome control center it is impossible to guess what shortcut are you going to assign. There is not enough space to display the caption of the shortcut. So far, switching the language back to English resolves the problem. 

However:
1) It is annoying
2) I think, other translations may cause the same problem.
3) It is VERY annoyung

I have attached, a screen shot of the issue.
