Description Fabian Greffrath 2011-11-15 14:51:04 UTC
Hi,

I click through a series of pictures that are bigger than my eog window. In eog the View -> Best Fit option is enables, so the pictures are resized to fit into the eog window. Now, whenever I click on Next, a small status indicator bar shortly appears (and then quickly disappears again) in the lower right corner of the eog program window. However, if the "next" picture is big enough it takes a second to load and thus the progress indicator bar is visible for a bit longer.

During this time, the original picture, i.e. the one I see while waiting for the "next" picture to load, is resized by about 1 px. I believe this is due to the status indicator bar being 1px too high and thus taking place from the image area, forcing the picture to get resized to fit in it again.
