I spent the last five minutes thinking it was impossible to change keybindings, because of the text of the dialog.  It clearly says 'To edit the shortcut, click the row'.  This is a lie.  Instead, you have to click the row to get it selected, THEN click the second column so 'Add a new shortcut' appears.

I treid things like clicking the row (clicking in the first column area), holding down the keys I want to assign, ..
