Description Milan Bouchet-Valat 2011-11-11 11:46:58 UTC
The "Page Setup" tab of the print dialog allows zooming the document when printing. But this setting doesn't sound very useful, since the document is never centered on the page: contents are very likely to be truncated when reaching one of the page's sides.

Since the "Page Handling" tab has an "Auto Rotate and Center" option, I think the zoomed document should be centered when both options are checked. This would fix the truncation problem, and in particular would allow reducing document margins when you don't need/like them (this happens very often when printing academic papers).

Do you think this is a bug in Evince or in GTK?
