If the GSettings value for org.gnome.Epiphany.ui always-show-tabs-bar is set to true, web applications show the tab bar.

This is undesirable, since it is not possible to open links in new tabs in webapp mode, so it just wastes space.

It might also be good not to listen this GSettings property changes at all when in app mode, but I'm lazy.
