ekiga errors

I'm using USB US Robotics softphone model 9601. I still can't register to Ekiga <can't connect to host>.

Could not register sip:473235@sip.diamondcard.us
                       rkm@ekiga.net

Is this software working at all? Diamond just cashed $15 for the charge and is far away to provide any assistance.

Please send us the -d 4 output.
Comment 2 richardmika5 2011-11-21 23:03:22 UTC
I have GNU debugger installed on Ubuntu 10.04.
Ekiga account is not registered for weeks.
Sorry, I'm not in donating mood especially you promote SIP account via Diamondcard (Thailand) collecting money in Colorado (US) and making big fuzz about account authorization. I called US to get it "authorized".
It would be fair and wise to refund $15 by PayPal (vtrust@yahoo.com). If I go to
Denver, CO better business bureau I will claim more for verifying their address and my stress and time.

While being strange, this means that there is something wrong with packaging in ubuntu 10.04.

We still *need* some information about REGISTER exchange. The simplest method is that youn obtain it using wireshark and sending us the few packets corresponding to REGISTER exchange. Could you do it?

Please use instructions from http://wiki.ekiga.org/index.php/Debugging_Ekiga#How_to_get_a_debug_output_2 to get the log file, it is very simple.
