I noticed this one downstream affecting multiple users on 3.2.0-0ubuntu2 and results in permanent loss of data.  

I have no POP3 accounts to test with. 

From downstream: 

The option under "receiving options - message storage" was changed to: delete after 7 days. I LOST thousands of email.

The upgrade would be from 2.32 (stable Ubuntu 11.04)
