Description Tobias Wolf 2011-10-19 20:32:59 UTC
Could byzanz-record be configured to quit gracefully and write the file when Ctrl-C is pressed? This happens when I pkill -1 byzanz-record.

Also, is there a plan regarding Shell having no applets?

I never looked into handling signals, so I don't know how to best implement it, but I'd welcome the feature a lot.

And no, I don't have a solution to the no-applet situation. Maybe hijacking a screen edge to bring up a cancel button would work? I'd have to ask the design team about how to best handle it.
