I have tried the links on the Help menu on the application AND on the site for User Manuals. None of them work. It points to "http://www.gimp.org/docs/" and when it times out it shows "http://docs.gimp.org/2.6/en/" in the address bar. Am I doing something wrong on my end?

Update, I tried different languages and all time out.
