Yes, I followed the instructions on the site.  Is this the correct file from the repository?  

http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/windows:/mingw:/win32:/EXPERIMENTAL/openSUSE_Factory/noarch/mingw32-evolution-installer-3.0.2-23.9.noarch.rpm  

This is on 32 bit XP platform.  If that matters...

Let's continue this in bug 659688, as that is the same issue...
