We should have a view of the metadata properties for the files, similar in spirit (but not in UI probably) to the one you get when you select the properties of a PDF file in Nautilus.

There are no mockups for how this would look like, but it should be accessible from the preview mode OSD and from the right click context menu.

A first implementation of this is now available in git master, thanks to Meg Ford.
