If I set some Brightness value lower than 100%, on the next logon it is reset again to 100%. I think it mostly applies to laptops. I personally have an iMac, and its brightness can only be adjusted by software.

I attach the screenshot of the Screen Settings dialog. The Brightness slider is focused.

Me too facing with same problem, bluetooth setting also not remembered.
