Description bongo 2011-10-02 17:22:45 UTC
I upgraded to 3.2 today, and immediately noticed the usage Audio shortcuts (Fn+arrow keys) on my thinkpad T520 is denied with a silent frame showing a "restricted" sign.
It's not possible to interact to the playback anymore, though the Volume buttons work as expected.

Since I and most likely many other people make heavy use of the keys, please fix that ASAP.

The Issue seems to have resolved by itself, I cannot say which application was responsible for this though.
I'll leave that open to leave the chance for someone to reproduce the bug.
Comment 2 Bastien Nocera 2011-10-03 11:21:25 UTC
Which application are you trying to use it with? The "(/)" sign will only show up if there are no applications registered through the media-keys plugin.
Comment 3 bongo 2011-10-03 13:42:24 UTC
I'm using Pithos, the Issue reoccures randomly for me, I cannot backtrace the behaviour to a specific action.
Comment 4 Bastien Nocera 2011-10-03 13:48:53 UTC
It never calls the GrabMediaPlayerKeys method, and expects signals to still be sent.
