playing mov files the video presented is not streaming correctly i.e. it does not show movements but only a kind of presentation

Which versions of gstreamer, gst-plugins-base, gst-plugins-good, gst-plugins-ugly, gst-plugins-bad and gst-ffmpeg are you using? Could you provide a link to a sample file that shows this behaviour or attach a sample file?
