display settings dialogue

Im not sure if this is actually a bug or if its intended. but there are glitches with it anyway so im reporting!

dual screen setup.
screens are stacked. primary on top, secondary on bottom. (attached screen of the display settings dialogue).

the message tray appears on the bottom screen (ideally i would want it on the primary display).

the issue at hand is that notification dialogues, due to the nature of my configuration (left aligned displays) appear offscreen (example attached).

it would be nice if i could determine on which screen the tray will appear (like i can do with the top panel).

If it was on the primary display, how would you open it?

well, pointing to the lower right end of the primary screen, like i did under 3.0

since i cannot move my mouse into the blind area of the virtual desktop, it worked ok, but i guess it wouldnt work for people having secondary screens with a bigger resolution than the primary one.

the issue in 3.0 was that when the tray was hidden, it actually showed in the secondary screen's top side. i think the correct behaviour here would be to make it disappear instead of scrolling down. (not a problem since its not on the primary screen anymore).
