Description Andrea Ledda 2011-09-29 15:24:13 UTC
I don't know if it's a bug or a feature, but I find annoying that the software allows me to open same file several times, instead, it should warn me about file being already open.

I would find it very annoying if it were to tell me that the file is already open. If I ask it to open the file then that is what I want it do.
Comment 2 Andreas J. Guelzow 2011-09-29 17:29:22 UTC
If the issue is really that one should not have the same file open as two editable instances then this is already covered by bug #334024. Fixing bug #334024 should give you a warning when you open the file a second time that it is already opened by another user (in this case you).
