Using GNOME 3.2 with gnome-bluetooth 3.2.0, run bluetooth-wizard and look at the gtkassistant steps on the left, there is a "Device Setup Failed" page listed, that one is not of the steps in normal use and should probably not be there...

    Seeing as the page names are now visible before we get to the
    page, we should try as hard as possible to not show this
    sort of page in the UI.
